Here, our Spa Manager Lyudmyla Nagirnyak shares her top tips to get your skin glowing.

1. Treat your skin kindly by eating antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, healthy fats from oily fish and nuts and a varied and balanced diet.

2. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruits and vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, kale, papaya, spinach. Eating fruits & vegetables is important for the development of your skin cells and it will make your skin look healthy.

3. Eat enough Vitamin C to produce collagen as it will make your skin look radiant and will help heal blemishes properly. The best sources of Vitamin C are blackcurrant, blueberry, broccoli, kiwi, orange & guava.

4. Make sure you ingest plenty of selenium. This is a powerful antioxidant that supports the immune system, protects against skin cancer, sun damage and ageing spots. Brazil nuts, fish, eggs, tomatoes and broccoli are full of selenium.

5. Eat enough Vitamin E to protect your skin from cell damage. Vitamin E will also support and help skin growth. Almonds, avocado, hazelnuts are examples of ingredients that are high in Vitamin E.

6. Healthy fat can be found in avocado, oily fish, nuts and seeds. Eating those will provide essential fatty acids which act as a natural moisturiser for your skin and improve elasticity.

7. Drink plenty of water. Your skin needs moisture to stay flexible.
